All returns and or exchanges are at the discretion of the owner at Sassy Sadie.

Returns will not be accepted for “Change of Mind” purchases.

If you have any concerns regarding an items quality. i.e Faults, Incorrect item, Please get in touch via phone or email to discuss an exchange or a store credit. Any refunds on faulty products will not be refunded until the credit has been supplied by the supplier, any fees that are related to the original sale will not be refunded to the customer, eg Courier, Afterpay, and bank fees

Due to the nature of some of our products, i.e earrings & bathers we are unable to refund / exchange on a change of mind.
