All packages will be sent via courier the following day unless otherwise specified, including but not limited to Back Order / Pre Order.

Where we are unable to send your package due to reasons beyond our control, we will get in touch to inform you of the delay.

All exchanges / returns must be in pre-purchased condition with all tags in tact, within 7 days of purchase.
A store credit or Exchange will be given in these circumstances.

Pre-Orders:, you are accepting that we are relying on our shipping company dates and you are happy with any delays that may occur, if you wish to cancel a preorder you will only be issued with a store credit and not a refund.

Sassy Sadie holds no responsibility for damages incurred by a third party, or in transit. Shipping larger or breakable items is at the buyers risk.
